Vacation and duck

Thank you! Dried oregano as in in the spice we use in food, right? And oregano oil is essential oil? I just have to be sure.

Is this okay? Is this what you use?

Please post a picture of the oregano oil that you use. My duck was just diagnosed with water belly. How much do you use at one time? I hope your baby is still doing well. Your duck is giving me hope.
Hi. This is the one I have been using.
She is still doing well. She free ranges all day and in the evening, when I put her in the coop(I have to pick her up) I have give her chopped up fruit/ veggie with a few drops on top of her food. I don't remember how I came to this (I started with less drops, then increased) but I do about 4 - 5 drops on the human food I give her (which I know she will eat). I know typically people put it in the water but our water is constantly renewing, and ducks splash so much... I felt more comfortable / controlled with it on the food. The number of drops was weight-based, and after a while I did increase to 4 - 5. I know too much can be toxic too, so start slowly.
Good luck ❤️

I buy bulk off ebay it is greek oregano I looked for the link I found were it was rec but so far haven't found it again. If you can use the drops that were shown and you can feed it to one duck I have 20 and it is hard to take her away to treat her so I just add to their feed.

Thank you both very much. My vet thinks it has something to do with her liver. We're getting a blood test done soon, so I'll know more then. I thought she was egg bound at first, and she definitely had an egg inside for 2-3 days before she laid it. It kept happening, and 2 weeks ago, my vet noticed, Charlie's (my duck) tummy was swollen. She drained out dark fluid amd put her on Baytril. I also have Charlie on milk thistle, and I give her tumeric for her liver. She also gets brewers yeast. She's a house duck, and she's not eating much right now. We have another appointment on Wednesday for her to be drained. I'm scared to do it myself. I could put the oregano in her water because she just gets a bowl in her bed at night. I was worried there was nothing I could do for her, and I thought I might lose her soon based off of what I have read on Google. Your ducks have given me hope. I hope I have her for years to come.

If you find the link, will you please post it for me? I really want to help my little lovebug. All 7 of my babies together. Charlie is in yellow.

I found this, too. I wonder if it would help Charlie. It has oregano and garlic in it.
