Me and my kids had fun, we almost had to lose all our meal reservations(which we booked 6 months in advaced just to get in) because our party size changed, I think that would have made it harder as this trip mybe her only trip to Disney walking we don't know because she has muscular dystrophy. We still had fun and even got to be in a parade in animal kingdom. Never will I even bother trying again with my extended family.

MmmmHmmmm. See...this if why I have very few friends. I just don't put up with this kind of hooey. My stance is: if someone can go as far as to lie about whether or not they want to go, or to back out after committing and stick you with the bill...are they TRULY a friend? Probably not. Or at least they are not to be trusted with decisions that are important to you ever again.

I hope it all works out. Vacations are supposed to be FUN!!!
