What if you wrote out the vaccination dates and had it notarized. A notarized document is accepted almost anywhere. Check around at church, your office at work, friend, your kids schools, etc to find a notary that will not charge much to natarize your letter to the groomer or kennel. Even if it costs a couple of dollars for the letter to be notarized it should still be cheaper than paying a vet for vaccinations.
