I recently purchased 3 silkie chicks. I've already lost one about a week ago, the other 2 r doing good. They haven't been vaccinated for mareks. I have them inside but plan to put them n a coop with a large enclosed/covered run in about 3-4 weeks. We do have wild turkeys & peacocks that come through the yard. Should I vaccinate. I'm worried that i might loose them if i vaccinate as it is about a 45 min drive one way to where I can get them vaccinated & it might b too much stress for them. Any suggestions r appreciated.
