Vaccination schedule for birds you show

I have never put a bird in a show before, but I am considering it in another year or two. I was wondering what vaccination schedule you follow for birds you show. Seems like Marek's and fowl pox are good ideas... anything else? I looked up the APA Vaccination Guide, which has quite a few listed and I was wondering if anyone does all of those??? Seems to me also that if you were going to vaccinate any, you might as well vaccinate the whole flock for any given vaccine you decide on, right?

I show quite a bit & have shown for 50 years. Here's the schedule I have alwayd followed. Don't vaccinate for anything, ever.
