I can't lockdown today as a family is borrowing my hatcher, but they are returning it tomorrow!

Where'd you get him? I could use him to torture my parents dogs when I go visit. They've been banned from my house for shoddy behaviour.

It's older than dirt! I married a widower and he was part of the first marriages holiday decorations. Before me, that was the only chicken he ever owned,

His (adult) kids have complained
that he would never have chickens when they were growing up, because he said they were too messy! He just set up my new brooder in what "used to be" his workshop!

And yes, the chicken dance toy is used to torture the dogs, but I think there's an element of self abuse too. I shot that video yesterday afternoon and I'm still singing the darn song, yikes!

I think that chicken was his way of being a closeted chicken lover pre-you.

I have to admit though, unfortunately that song has been springing up in my head on occasion.

Just locked down, only had to pull out 4 so 25 out of 39 I set made it this far!!!

out of all the eggs I set for the Valentines Day hatch.. I only have 13 that made it through today's candling.. some of those are questionable but since they are dark.. hard to tell.. Darn PO does it again,
