I just LOL! Absolutely nothing wrong with that sentence!

My DH is NOT going to be amused with this new addiction! I have to sneak eggs into the bators now! This will add a whole new dimension to my stealth egg hiding skills!!

Last time this year I had 6 half grown runner ducks in my tub

I ended up keeping them in there all day, brooder tub at night

Had to scrub the tub every night so I could shower .
NEVER again.............

The tub is actually starting to look like a decent sanctuary for my duckling issue. They are clearly quickly outgrowing their brooder. Only problem is the bathroom isn't heated... so the door closed it will probably be 40 degrees in there. Clearly not good enough for ducklings. I might be able to get a space heater in there, though.

I will be sad though to get them out of my living room. They're really cute and personable, and I think becoming well adjusted to people here. I just have poultry ADD... oh look a duck.

Thanks for the coloring info. I am a nurse so I should be able to get the needles and syringes pretty easily and I am glad you told me about the gel coloring. This is going to be fun!!!
