Can he reserve a space for me, too?

We can all go to San Chicken together.

Yes indeed! He is NOT a fan of my hobby! I have some skills at sneaking eggs into the house and waiting till he's distracted before I put them in the bator! I even got a incubator #2 as an excuse to hatch pheasants for his friend, then said NO when he informed me they would be dog training tools!! Now it just feeds my obsession MORE!!

Those skills will be useful at San Chicken. We'll have to somehow get some incubators, eggs and other supplies smuggled in.

I'm off to go purchase some more duck diapers.

At first my sweet hubby wasn't really crazy about them but he seems to really love them now that he realizes the geese think they have cooties

He is so brutalized by the sassy geese he likes having the chicklets on his side

He even goes to pick up the eggs at the post office when he's home and gives me good pointers on incubating them

Between the two of us, I think we could do some smuggling!! Melissa Rose can vouch for my skills!

I'm lucky too. I don't think he understands it, nor does he want to, but he's very supportive... especially at 5 AM when the ducklings are screaming to have more food and he only went to bed a few hours prior. He's also been looking for poopy butt on the chicks and has even held the little runty chick I have now near some food mixed with water and tapped his finger into it to get her to eat.

...I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with him, because no one is this fantastic. So far, he's been good at hiding his dirty secret.

The egg carton is the turqoise one and I need a color to separate the eggs out. I wish I had the right color yellow. That would have shown how truly pretty they are

I wasn't really going to do bantams but living near the city there are people with small yards that would rather have the smaller chicklets
gig.gif
I am going to get some of his mottled houdans next week and in late Jan I will be getting some of dick hortsmans bantam silver laced polish

The grab bag eggs from the macullom ranch look like a good way to get a variety of bantams as well
