Biding my time waiting for Mahonri's easter hatch in April, so figured I'd save up the darkest of my cuckoo/blue marans eggs to set next week. Been getting some very pretty dark evenly colored eggs, so would like to hatch some replacement stock out of those to work the flock towards darker and darker eggs.
