Valentine's on a budget

DBF is going to get our heat back on after nearly 6 weeks of it being OUT. And believe me... in a house with no central heat, there's not much "heat".

He's motivated to get the house warm again.

I'm going to a yarn show in the morning, then home to clean & make a nice steak dinner.

DH offered going out, but I'd rather avoid the crowd and stay at home. He'll probably stop by a local diner (which has wonderful ribs) to pick up our supper. We exchanged cards and I made a small chocolate cheesecake. I'd post a photo if it were easier here.

I usually get my kids a little chocolate, this year some Kisses. And seeing as how I wont see my boyfriend for a couple days I going to make something sweet today for him. I always make something because he never gets me anything. Some stupid thing about not making a big deal out of one day a year..................

Well it would be different if he EVER made a big deal of it

We were apart for the last year, he's only been home a couple weeks so I will be crushed if he doesnt do something
