Valley and Blue Scale experts needed

So when I picked up my Valley chicks there had also been some Blue Scale hatched at the same time. Any how they look the same as chicks. I have been watching this one it looks different did I get a Blue Scale oops

You called out experts and I am NOT one but we have valley chicks wild here in Oregon and we feed hundreds of them every summer and fall at my dads. I'm going to say you'll got yourself a blue scale chickie boo.

Well Crystal I Can Tell You It Doesnt Look Like Any Valleys I Have Or Have Had.... And The Resemblance To Blue Scale Is Rather Remarkable.......
