Valley Quail in Winter

I was wondering if anyone has kept valley quail in wisconsin's cold winters? I'm looking to order some eggs and was wondering if they can survive winters that get -30 degrees with several feet of snowfall. I cant keep them in a heated building, but they will be raised on the ground with shelters. I'll have some bobwhites in the pen with them and those are fine with the cold. Thanks for any advise
