we have and old window van were going to make into a free range coop to put in our horse pasture. we are removing the side door replaceing it with wood and a pop door then hang nestboxs on the out side on the drivers side. cage in the drivers seat so it dont get coverd in poop , cause the van runs so we can move it around. were thinking about filling the van with Black Australorps open it up durning the day and close the birds up when they roost. then were thinking about building a 8'x16' chickenstractor to pull behind it and fill it with meat birds. i think it will work when we get started ill take pics.
