Could you elucidate on her symptoms furthermore?

Do you have a video of the hen? To post a video, upload it to a video platform such as Youtube or Vimeo, and copy/paste the link here?

Varicella is chicken pox or shingles—the human kind. Is your chicken completely flaccid and paralyzed? That could be botulism from eating a toxin in animal or plant matter that has been underground or underwater without oxygen.

Is she just unable to move, but not flaccid or floppy? Cannyou post any pictures? Check you feed for any mold, which can also cause neurological symptoms.

oops! It looks like I said Varicella instead of tetnus--false alarm! I meant Tetanus! Sorry!

In the video, she looks like she is lame, but her neck does not appear flaccid or paralyzed. Does she normally lay eggs? I would insert a clean finger inside her vent 1-2 inches to see if she is egg bound. It looks like her tail position is down as well, and egg bound hens can sometimes suffer a temporary lameness if the leg is pushing on the leg nerves. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease?
