Vaulted skull

This was her a couple day's old and no signs of anything wrong.

Vaulted skulls are usually pretty apparent from day 1 and don't tend to grow that much that quickly. In fact, they usually become less noticeable as time goes on. They also don't tend to pull at the eyes like that. I'm not sure what it could be, maybe some genetic issue. Does it feel hard or soft?
 
The fast decline makes me think it may be Hydrocephalus. I know it can happen in dogs, but I’m not sure about chickens.

It feels soft to touch. Also she has tiny piece of comb that's it. Just a little point. The rest is bald skin.
