Vectra 3D on chickens?!

I noticed my girls have LICE! Whaaaaa! I have Vectra 3D that I use on my golden retriever and was wondering if anyone has used it on their chickens?!? I can't seem to find much information on using Vectra 3D on chickens, but Frontline seems to be popular. The ingredients in Vectra 3D are Dinotefuran, Pyripoxyfen and Permethrin. I have tried DE and it isn't working... HELP!

Welcome! Use permethrin; it works and is approved for use in poultry. Frontline and Vectra are products only used in companion animals, not any used as food or eggs. There's no information for Vectra in chickens, and that's a great reason to NOT use it for them. Mary
