Vegetation, meatlover or dairy hater?

That's a brand, they make several products. Very good! They have a "chicken cutlet" type product that I marinate in BBG seasoning and cook, and even meat eaters like it. They have several other good items too. Most of their items don't contain much soy either, so it's a good option for people who want to avoid soy.

Give me deer, fish (ANY TYPE!!!), maybe a sprig of asparagus...I'm not a fan of pork (unless it's bacon). McD's has earned it's spot on my own personal food pyramid.

I remember my first ever beef steak. It was maybe a year or two ago? I MUST have it medium-rare. Anything over is entirely too overdone and I can't eat it. DBF can't watch me eat a steak. He says he can hear it still mooing.

Correction...I think by "Vegetation" you mean "Vegetarian", right?

I'm a Vegetarian and have been my whole entire life and plan to always be one.

I eat it all.. meat, dairy and veggies..
The more meat the better!... i dont consider a meal a meal unless it has meat in it....

I was vegetarian for 7 years...up until I met DH. He was a "You have to eat meat..MEAT, MEAT, MEAT"...blah, blah, blah. After a year or so, I finally gave in since cooking 2 meals was a pain. Now, after 6.5 yrs together, he complains that we eat too much meat, we should have primarily veggies and fruit...not quite vegetarian, but meat once a day (or less) is better.

He LOVES salads...if you add meat, it isn't as healthy anymore. Love the guy with all my heart, but he sure confuses me sometimes. Oh...eggs are not considered meat in this house...it isn't a dead animal...it falls under the dairy category, right? Oh..and fish is fine...so maybe he considered meat a dead mammal.

He is more comfortable if our limited meat (which lately hasn't been so limited) is free-range/natural pastured oppose to cooped-up/large operation type.

I think he'd be happy if I said I was a vegetarian again.

What a goofball!

My husband is the same way. If there isn't meat, then it isn't a meal.

Chicken, pork, beef, Muscovy duck (fixes the beef craving) Some fish, love shell fish! (Never really cook it though!) Love most veggies, and fruits! Milk is ok on cereal, and to cook with, and with a piece of cake! I drink it sometimes, not much! Give me grilled chicken in a salad and I'm a happy camper! My DH and I consider ourselves food connoisseurs! We need to eat better, we have been cooking fast food like hamburgs on the grill to much lately! DH love milk, and milk is what my youngest survives on, that and a chicken patty from Wendy's yikes! My youngest loves meat, and very few veggies! He eats very little. Loves sweets, but is only aloud them if he eats something good!

Hate milk....like all other dairy, except for stinky cheeses.
Favorite meat is pork. I grew up in Alaska, where my dad and brother were avid fishermen. This has made me very picky about fish, so salmon and trout, halibut, and occasionally cod or sole are it for me. Hate bivalves, like crab, shrimp and lobster. I don't eat much chicken because I can't find farm raised for less than $6/pound, and I don't have the room to raise my own.
I eat most veggies, and have fruit or veggies at every meal. I don't like brussels sprouts or asparagus, and I'm not to fond of eggplant, but every other veggie is fine on my plate.
I eat only whole grain bread and am adding more whole grains to my diet......

That being said, I'm currently eating a low fat, mostly vegetarian diet to get my cholesterol down. This works for me....so none of you carb haters gang up on me for this.

Using this diet I got my cholesterol under 200 for the first time in my life. I went off it, and the cholesterol went back up...so low fat veggie is what I have to do. This is much easier in the summer when good veggies are abundant and I'm not craving stew and chili.
