Hi, all. Wondering how often I can give my ladies ahead of lettuce. I gave them a whole head for the first time this morning and they are absolutely loving it. Is this something that I should give them regularly or should it just be a once in a while treat. Thank you

Not too often, every 10 days ish, to much water and fiber will give them diarrhea
