Hi awesome people of BYC! I wanted to ask that it has been 18 days since i put the eggs in the incubator but before lock down i candled them and noticed few veins in the eggs is it normal or are the dead and not developing?

You should be able to see some veins at day 18. Usually by this time most of the egg is dark being taken up by the chick. The places where it isn't dark blood vessels should be visible. Usually you see them right near the air cell at this time. The chick needs those blood vessels to get oxygen until it externally pips and has access to air so them being there is definitely a good thing! :)
