Vent gleet..bad!

So my one chickens was acting weird all puffed up, not eating. I brought her inside started using a dropper and giving her probiotics/garlic water and a bit of calcium cus she hadn't pooped. She finally is pooping and back to normal...well during those 3 days I did notice one of my other chickens butts is soaked and caked with white nasty foul smelling stuff. Bad. The past 2 days I have been giving her probiotic yogurt mashed with some of her food and garlic water. She's not eating though so i may use a syringe. I cut some of the feathers away, even after an Epsom salt bath both days, it was just not all coming off and the oooozing. I called 5 vets in my area none take chickens...what can I do? I read athletes foot cream, vagisil cream (which by the way there is like 5 kinds!) I do have metronidazole gel. Any help please? I want my girl to be okay.

Sorry I saw this and we bathed her about 40 mins ago, but this what it looks like now. I couldn't get it all off. It's like cement. I feel bad to keep messing with when she seems to loathe it and seems painful. I tool her food out today. And gave her a syringe full of the following, garlic water, a little calcium carbonate crushed in water, and some plain probiotic yogurt watered down, in segments. She also has a water bowl at all times.

If it's not coming off, I would try trimming as much of the feathers as possible around her vent. It might seem intimidating, but it's like giving them a haircut. You might want to have someone hold her if you're worried about her moving.

Okay. On it! Is everything else okay? Anything more I should do?
