Vent gleet..bad!

When I give Clotrimazole Cream orally, I do not dilute it. Below is the method I use when treating the crop.

Crop issues are listed multiple times in the vent gleet article as a possible cause of Vent Gleet....

She is no longer eating and feels like she lost alot of weight. I'm going to feed her some of the cream. I read that the article said give orally but no further instructions. I was going to put it in the syringe like I do with the garlic water for my other chicken and feed it to her. Would that be okay? Im just starting to think she may not make it. She has so much energy still though. She drinks lots of water. She seems to be lifting her legs alot when standing. Takes turns standing on one then the other. Not sure if that means anything but its something she didn't do before. 😔

Her crop is empty

Only her vent. She seems perfectly fine except her vent. She's loud as normal, wants to eat, she drinks alot. I have noticed she rotates holding her feet up alot.
My friend has nystatin powder! Can and how would I use it? Mix with a little water and feed to her?

Can you get a video of her actions. This is the second time you've mentioned her lifting her feet. Does she have any lesions on the bottom of her feet?
Upload video to youtube and provide a link.

Nystatin dosing is in the link below.

No sores or lesions. We have been doing the monistat. No luck. She's now making a sound like when you let air out of a balloon. I'm honestly heartbroken....the nystatin link you posted def helps going to start it today! Thank you so much

Sounds like Sour Crop, hopefully the Nystatin will help.
I treated her and she got better. I put her back with the other chickens. She got it again and today I think the other chickens were pecking her because it didn't look like this yesterday. There's so much blood. What do I do please help. I have no emergency vets that will take chickens.
