It looks like she may have prolapsed and got picked at.

Soak and clean up her vent. I would make sure the keep the wound and tissue moist, you don't want that to dry out. You can use honey or triple antibiotic ointment.

I would give her some Calcium, if you have Calcium Citrate, that would be best. 1 tablet a day for a few days.

Do keep her housed where flies can't get on the tissue, they will lay eggs and she'll get Flystrike, you don't want that.

Very likely poop will get on the wounds, so in between cleanups, you can try just spritzing with a diluted solution of water and chlorhexidine to help keep it cleaner, but if that rinses the ointment away, do re apply that.

We have been spraying it and putting honey on it its turning black already. I just dont even know what to do anymore.

It's turning black we have been spraying it with vetericyn antimicrobial wound care and veterrycin poultry care and put honey on it. Should we try to push it in again

My fiance just tried to push her vent back in but it's already back in but it's black...

The tissue was damaged, so the black may be scabbing instead of dead/necrotic tissue.
If it's staying in, then that's good, but she may prolapse again when she lays another egg.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand? I would probably get her on those too. Amoxicillin or Baytril.

Yes, they would work.

Dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 10-14 days. Some folks just give 250mg twice a day, you can do that if you wish unless she weighs a LOT and needs more.
Pop the meds right into the beak and let her swallow.

The powder in the capsules usually doesn't mix with water very well.

You can dump it into something known, like 1tsp of coconut oil, mix well, then divide it up. Roll your portions into a pill, put in the fridge to harden.

We ended up finding a vet that would see her... 2 hours away! He said he doesn't know much about chickens. I told him she has vent gleet and he didn't know what that was. He gave me medicine though. Tylan 200mg. Should I continue the nystatin and amoxicyllin?

What dose of Tylan200 are you giving and how many times a day?

Is her crop emptying? Is she still gassy?
