vent gleet help!! (pics)

I'm treating my chicken for vent gleet. I've been giving her garlic, putting anti-fungal and her bum everyday, and feeding her yogert. but, the hard, scab like thing is still all over her butt. does it just fall off by itself? do i have to pull it off? it's irritating her really badly and she pecks at it and makes it bleed. and it's almost blocking her vent! i've tried to scrub it off with a toothbrush in the tub, and it didn't work... please help!!

check this post it was all I could find , not too much info and I don't know much about it

You may want to isolate her the others may be picking at it and it can't heal
