Vent Gleet Treatment?

I think my 11 week old Plymouth Rock has vent gleet, she has never had bum feathers since we got her at a week old and I've spent every day cleaning her up as her excrement stuck to her skin and feathers. I've only recently joined this site and was wanting to know the best way to treat this to fix her permanently? She's never acted any different to the other chickens, just has a messy stinky bottom.
 
Vent gleet is not always a fungal infection, it can be bacterial or possibly from parasites.

I just found one that has "gleet", so I will de-worm her and treat her for coccidiosis since those are the easiest to do. Then I'll probably start her on an antibiotic as I think mine has a bacterial infection. If that doesn't work or gets worse, I'll know it's fungal and then I'll treat with an anti fungal .
