vent gleet

Just noticed one of the younger chicks has what I think is vent gleet. I washed her in epson salts and as I was doing this a long fat piece came out and then went in that looked like liver. Do I have a bigger issue? she is eating and acting good. I have seperated her from the rest of the chicks and she is loving it. Special attention and getting to eat grass in the back yard. Any ideas? thanks
