Vent Gleet?

Hi all! I had a chicken die suddenly on Sunday. She had diarrhea stuck to her butt a tannish color and her vent was bright red and inflamed. Her stomach was also very bloated. She seemed to be acting normal the days before. I was looking online for an answer and checking chicken books and it seemed like it was almost vent gleet but I'm not quite sure. One of my other hens has poop stuck to her butt too but she is acting normally and her vent looks fine. I don't know if I should treat her for vent gleet or what else it could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
