Vent gleet?

Hi folks. I have a 3 year old hen who has been having diarrhea and poop backside feathers for about 2 ish weeks. I've washed her off but it persists. After some research I'm wondering if it's vent gleet? She has been eating and drinking and mostly looking fine. Til today, when she seems to be sort of waddling a little and moving a little slower. Still eating and perky though. Any thoughts? They have oyster shell in their food. Clean water etc.

Layena crumble (has calcium in it). Occasionally toss them some meal worms or garden weeding to peck through but not regularly.
