Vent gleet?

Hi,
I have a 13 year old hen who has been getting quite a mucky bum lately as she is quite large and fluffy, however I have noticed today there's a strange rubbery yellow substance. I bathed her but the yellow stuff is stuck to her like a scab but very soft and rubbery and seems tender. Have never come across this before so not sure what to do!

What do her poops look like? Does she have any missing feathers around her vent or a bad odor ? Can you post a picture of her vent cleaned up?

I had to cut quite a few feathers off about a week ago as they were so mucky, but after soaking and drying it looks okay, but quite sore and red looking around the vent. The odor was quite strong which wasn't present last week. I also had removed some off the rubbery stuff last week thinking it was just muck and it must've grown back . I will try and get a photo!
