One of our girls has been having watery, loose droppings and lost a lot of feathers around her vent so I have been treating it as though it is vent gleet with epsom salt baths and oregano oil in their water; however, it seems to be progressing and her eggs now have blood on them. She let me get a closer look today and I am now wondering if it might be prolapse instead? Open to any other ideas/help that can be provided!

Yes it is a prolapsed vent/cloaca. She looks to also have been feather and vent pecked. Keep the red tissue moist with an oil or cream, or honey so that it doesn’t dry out. Keep her separated in wire dog crate with food or water. A human calcium citrate with vitamin d tablet or Tums given orally may help.
