It does look like a prolapsed cloaca, but there is some dried out material on the end. Is she able to poop? I would soak her vent once a day in some warm Epsom salts or soapy water, and after 15 minutes or so, try to wipe a little of the tan material near the top, off. It will probably fall off eventually. Keep the prolapse moist at all times and try to push it back inside and hold it for a few minutes. It will probably come back out whenever she poops or lays an egg, but just try pushing it back in when you see it out. You may use honey, sugar and a few drops of water in a paste, coconut oil, vaseline, or other mild lubricant to keep the tissue from drying out. The tan exudate on the prolapse probably will come off and be passed in the droppings. Be patient because prolapses may keep coming back out for days before they stay in.
