I need opinions, does this look like a prolapsed vent in my chick? This was after I wiped it down with moist cotton balls and q tips. She IS pooping so she's not stopped up. I did try to push it back in but i wasn't very forceful because I wasn't certain it was a prolapse and I didn't want to hurt her...

It does look like a prolapse. Honey, sugar, or Preparation H ointment is commonly used inside and outside the vent to help reduce swelling. In chicks the problem can be genetic or from constipation. The use of probiotics and making sure that the chick is getting plenty of liquids may help prevent constipation.
