I'm not sure what's going on here. Ive never seen anything like this. This is a 1.5 year old bantam frizzle cochin. She was egg bound about a month ago and she recovered and she's been living inside ever since. She was doing well. And now her vent looks like this. I gave her a warm bath with epsom salt in case it's another egg bound problem but this looks worse and different than last time. Is this vent prolapse? Pasty butt?

She's been straining and pushing really hard and there's air sounds when she does that. She can't sit. She is drinking and eating but not much.

Can you get a picture of her..all of her?

What exactly have you been feeding her since she's been inside?

A lot of warm baths mostly. She got the egg out about a day and a half later.
Was her vent prolapsed too when she was egg bound?
Has she laid eggs since she's been inside?

You may need to soak her and see if you can get some of that blackened tissue softened up - I suspect she's clogged up. She may have a lash egg in there, hard to know. But if she's not able to poop and you can get that cleared, then she may not have a lot of time.
