Vent prolapse?

I would try to soak her vent area, and also try to examine the vent (put on a disposable glove and lubricate your finger) to feel if there is lash material, hard droppings, or possibly tumor inside. Solid droppings can be removed. Hard to know if she may has an obstruction, vent gleet or what. Some coconut oil, chilled and cut into pieces to eat, or some mineral oil put into a little food or egg might help to soften hard droppings. It looks like it might be time to think about ending her misery if the soaking and treatment don’t help.

Here are some new pictures. Her abdomen feels hard. She's still eating and drinking. She has been able to poop a lot. But it still keeps looking like this. Her feathers are wet in the picture because she just had a bath. She's always had a hard time laying eggs. I think because she's so small. She's smaller than other bantams I've seen, she's almost baby chick sized. Even before this her eggs were almost always covered in blood because she strained so hard.

I'm so sorry, poor baby. Maybe try to massage the vent area to get some of that blockage out? It looks sort of like pus to me. I'm sorry I couldnt be of more assistance. Sending lots of love and prayers.
