I just got this coop off Facebook market place (not easy to move). Today I’m wrapping it in hardware cloth and hope to have the girls in it tomorrow.
There is only the 1 window in front. Where do I add more ventilation?
Also what locks should I use for the doors? They aren’t flush and I feel like something can open it. We have the omlet automatic door to install.

I use latches like this:
chicken coop latch.jpg

The carabiner makes it so raccoons can't open it (not my pic)
I'd say for ventilation it's good to have it high above the chickens' heads, usually under the roof overhang.

If you take 6-8" of siding off under the roof overhang over the window and replace it with hardware cloth you'll have a good start on ventilation. Remember, heat and ammonia both rise.

Venting the opposite side, also high up under the roof overhang, will enable good airflow up above the birds' heads.

If the roof overhang is inadequate to keep rain out you'll need to install some kind of awning or louver.

I'd also cut a big window in side of coop that's under the run roof.
...and add a bigger top to the external nest boxes with good overhang to shed water.

Might help to know @mastiffs07 ......
