Hello all! I posted last year asking for some guidance surrounding ventilation for this coop (picked up for free)

People were very honest that this coop wasn't great and, the more I'm learning, everyone was right. We've made some modifications and will be building our own coop. Until then, I want to make this the best I can. I'm looking for recommendations on what I can do to increase ventilation on hot nights. I was wondering about the possibility of a little window fan?

Coop and run:

Under the run:

Little window:

Figured I'd add that they're only in the run when we aren't home. Otherwise they're in a fenced in area. We have three 7 week of buff orpingtons out there currently with two 3 week olds joining in a couple of weeks. Our male will be going to a new home at 10 weeks so it'll be 4 pullets in this coop.
Thank you all!

I don't have any experience with fans, so not sure about those.

You've done a pretty decent job opening up some ventilation already, so that's great to see. You might be able to open up even more of the wall directly facing into the run - I see you already did some of that which is very good, but might be able to open up some of the red walls next to pop door as well.

Make the 'little window' top hinged so you can leave it open during rain.

Yes.
Matter of fact, your run looks pretty darn predator proof, you could just remove most of the wall and the pop door.
Winterize run walls for winter.
