Thank you everyone for your knowledge! It got down to 27 last night and I did not see any condensation
on the people door this morning. I did clean out their coop this morning, man can they poop!!!
Chickenwrangler, yes I am standing in the run in the second photo. I cut a vent hole in that piece
of plywood about a month ago. Our wind is mostly from the north, and there is no vent on the north
side of the coop, except for the soffit along the roof line.
Rustywreck - I believe there is no gap in the plywood on the ceiling, and I know there is no ridge vent.
The roofing is some kind of composite from Lowes

for five minutes this morning and I thought my fingers were going to break off! I can't understand how my
chicks, or at least my rooster won't get frostbite. Should I put a small fan in the coop and aim it towards
the venting in the front?
