I read so much about good ventilation but not a draft. I'm not sure what to do? We have under eve vents on the north and south side and a large window and the chickens door on the north side. The window is hinged on the top so I can open it as little or as much as needed. Thanks for your help

Just keep an eye on the amount of moisture in the coop (IE: walls, roof, and litter). If you start to see moisture or frost on the walls or ceiling increase your ventilation.

I do not know if you've seen my ventilation page (link in .sig below) but if not you might find it helpful.

It sounds like your vents are sensibly arranged to enable you to manage things without draftiness (on a cold windy day, you might wish to shut the upwind vents), as long as they are large enough. As the previous poster says, you can just see how the coop performs and adjust your management accordingly.

Good luck, have fun,

Pat
