Vermont: reguarding selling eggs, home canning, soap?

Eggs must be labeled if sold in Vt. It's a simple label stating farm or personal name and physical address. That is an old and still standing law. You are not allowed to grade your eggs and don't claim a size unless you actually weigh them. Basically if you reuse store bought egg containers black out all info and write your name and address on carton. That's the law.

Same with canned foods and jams. Needs your name and physical address. It's basic public health requirements. If someone gets sick and the jam is culprit the health department knows where to find you to destroy your supply and stop you from making people sick.

But i can claim size if they are weighed and the correct size correct? We would deff sell ungraded, regardless. Also, if i don't claim a size, i can sell mixed sizes? Or should they be all pretty close to the same sizes in one carton?
