Im dead serious...

Yes they can growl. My light brahma (whom died last year) was a growler...she learned to growl from the dog and she had a deep throaty voice when she growled. It made more than one person jump to look to see what was attacking. LOL she was just wanting attention. hahaha

PS not sure I want to see a chicken in a thong....it just seems wellll wrong.

The only time I ever heard my girl growl is when I was "trying " to put a saddle on her-she won it was too big dang it!

The little bit ours lived in one it worked perfectly. The poop dropped down into the paper towel in the diaper. I worked one day and didn't change her diaper and the "load" got too heavy and somehow a poop didn't make the diaper. But other than that, it actually worked pretty nicely.

I hope it is an extra absorbent thong. Other wise it would never work. That's what I'm guessing anyways.

Yeah, a thong.

Well, it's actually a G-string but some people consider them to be one of the same.
You've gotta watch to some.. ~6:30
Again at ~8:25 . That's when she explains it.

my little silkie Hansel started growling at me today. for the first 4 weeks of life, he wanted absolutely nothing to do with me (his sister, Gretel, still doesn't), but then he figured out that i've got what he wants (aka treats) and now he's almost impossible to get rid of. i was sitting in the run this afternoon with him on my lap and needed to get up to rescue one of the silly Orpingtons who got stuck in a hole under the coop that she was too big for. when i stood up and sat him down, i thought i heard a little growl. i turned around and he was right behind me with an angelic look on his face. i figured it was one of the cats that is REALLY POed at me because of the new electric fence between them and the chickens. a little while later, i pushed him aside so some of the other chickens could eat out of the yogurt/cheerios bowl and he growled at me again. it was unmistakable. i'm a little freaked out by it. he's bit me a time or two for not having treats when he wants them, but now growling?!? have i created a total monster? he's not aggressive, really, he's just a pig. he wants to be held all the time and is very cuddly, but perhaps he's a bit to demanding for everyone's own good.
