very disappointed

I have a thread re problems I am having with this forum (and suggestions) in the BYC Forum and Feedback ... I wont repeat myself here but here is the post:

it is impossible to distinguish the emergencies (people wanting immediate help) at the moment.

I'm sorry you are disappointed in the forum.

I too have been there! I did not know about the search and then another time I guess I was not putting the right words together. Even if others feel like the question was answered, there is always room for other options as well. Some times it is nice to hear "I'm sorry you are going through this with your bird"!!

Don't give up!
