Hi there! (Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada) I recently purchased a home in the country and have always wanted chickens :) I am completely new at this and need all the help and info I can get! I would like to build the coop from recycled material to keep it green and it also has to be able to withstand the cold winters we get here. If anyone could send me in the direction for some plans that would be great. I also need all the basic begginer info. (how to care, feed, etc.) Thanks so much everyone and hope to hear from you!

I'm having a hard time finding detailed plans for a coop. I'm looking for something that is step by step with measurements. I am pretty handy although I like to follow instructions. Any help would be much appreciated!
