You could tube sugar water to her. FYI, she should be kept in a room that's 80-85 degrees.

She could be... Gently insert lubed finger and check.Could she be egg bound?
Have you checked inside her vent for a stuck egg?UPDATE:
She is still alive. She is a slight bit stronger and looks a little healthier. We have her a warm bath last night then blow dried her and that seemed to perk her up. We have been syringe feeding her still.
Update: She died last night. Thank you all for your help. We will most likely be sending her to the vet for a necropsy.
