You could tube sugar water to her. FYI, she should be kept in a room that's 80-85 degrees.

She is being kept in the laundry room which is pretty warm.

UPDATE:
She is still alive. She is a slight bit stronger and looks a little healthier. We have her a warm bath last night then blow dried her and that seemed to perk her up. We have been syringe feeding her still.

It could be a number of things unfortunately. Perhaps you should use this new tool I discovered the other day, its a symptom checker, like what they have for webMD for chickens and ducks. I found it at on PoultryDVM.com . Hope this helps...I hope she gets better :/

Have you checked inside her vent for a stuck egg?

Update: She died last night. Thank you all for your help. We will most likely be sending her to the vet for a necropsy.
