Very loose stool?

If so, we have some very loose, runny crop going on here. What can we do to stiffen it up? I don't want pasty butts...

Crop is the pouch at the bottoms of a chickens neck that the food goes into before it goes into the stomach.

As for the loose stool, what are you feeding, and do your babies have a heat lamp? Being chilled can cause that. Also, every once in a while, healthy chickens have a loose stool, but if they are all like that then it is a problem.
