She has taught you well. Lol Is there any other place in your house you can put the ducklings? And I’d make a cover for the top of you brooder. At that age they could escape and no telling where they may roam too.

If they are in your room and you plan to keep them there get a cheap plastic kiddie swimming pool to put them in so they don't mess up your floor. then you could get something like cardboard of one of those adjustable dog pens to stand up along the sides of the pool so they can't get out. Net over the top maybe? That will give them lots more room to play and maybe let you get some sleep.

Put something in where you keep them at that smells like you. Maybe it will cuddle with it.

I clean them out twice a day and they only sleep in there at night. Just till this weekend when they are going outside permanently.

They will probably cry all day and night. Poor babies. When we put our chickens outside for the first month or so, they needed me in there with a nightlight until they fell asleep.

My Muscovy duckling slept in a very large dog crate in my room until he was 8 weeks old I cleaned the shaving daily and the smell wasn’t bad at all. Keeping your ducklings where you want to is always up to you! I am sure they will enjoy being outside though fresh air and sunshine can’t beat that!
