Very Sad Need Help PLease!

How old is she? I would do a worm treatment with Valbazen. You're going to have to figure out the dosage. I think it's 1/2 cc/ml for a large adult hen. I would treat her for external parasites as well. I just got done treating mine yesterday. I actually treated mine with Ivermectin and Valbazen yesterday which seemed a bit risky. But all are well. One that was weak (I guess) and sleeping on the floor of the coop for several weeks even managed to get up to the second rung of the roost last night all by herself. I was pleased to see that. You might just want to powder yours for the externals for now. You'll have for forgive us for not always posting. I can't take the emergency stuff too much. The day before yesterday I was working on a slew and all three of the critical cases they put down.

I found with out a roo of mine that was healing, that when completely separated from the flock chickens tend to get depressed and quit eating. Once I moved him to a window so he could see his flock mate he began eating again and healed. So keep that in mind. He didn't like the quiet closed off room I put him... he wasn't that bad, but I feared he would die from depression

As for grit-they have been outside free ranging for over a month and I have provided granite grit free choice, so that seems unlikely to be a problem.

I have given her a hard boiled egg with probiotic mashed in, and chopped up pumpkin seed which someone said to use for worms. Still waiting on the meds to come.
