Very sick 3 and half mo turkey!! what do I do?

Everyone has access to both apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper, in two separate water dishes. When I got home I had a turkey that was BARELY acting a little lathargic, not something I would have noticed had I not been really looking. So I decided to watch him for a while as I couldn't decide if he seemed sick or not. Then he pooped and it was diarrhea. I instantly seperated him. This is my plan ... keep acv out for everyone and cayenne. Tomorrow, didn't have time today, all bedding is getting changed and burned. I'm going to spray the coop and run with pure white vinegar and let it air dry with all doors open. All ground is going to be sprayed with diluted whit vinegar and hopefully it won't kill all my grass and plants. All feed and water containers will be cleaned with vinegar. Any thoughts to if you think this will work? Any other suggestions?
Any thoughts on the white spots on lungs?
One more thing. The first turkey died either sat morning or Sunday morning. Turkey 2 died Tuesday morning, and turkey 3 is sick Tuesday noght. My 5 year old daughter started running a fever sunday at 230 am. She ran a fever all day Sunday and monday, feels better today, but now has diarrhea. Embarrassed, but I also have had diarrhea since Sunday ... is there any way we got something from the birds or visa versa? My daughter having tummy issues is highly unusual as she is mostly constipated dispute an almost all plant food diet. Her father is the same way, only he eats junk food and very little good food. Thoights?

It's very rare to get an illness from a bird. you can get other things (mostly bacterial) but most viruses, most parasites have to be specialized to birds to survive due to their biological nature and simply cannot survive in people, it's very unlikely for anything they have to effect people or mammals in general. Bacterial things can be passed and don't need to be specialized but would require some questionable activities. Some illnesses do transfer like Bird flu is an exception but it's very very rare due to the huge gap between mammals and birds. If your turkey died from a disease or illness it would not have caused your daughter's illness it's most likely just coincidence. If it's bacterial I would suggest some pepto but hope she gets better soon :)

Thanks gruffy. I can assure you there are no questionable activities going on here haha. I'm not even sure what all that could encompass but I'm pretty sure we are Normal lol! I figured we had the same bug, but thought if this is caused by a parasite, then perhaps we got it from working in our dirt/playing and now washing hands good enough ... but I'll believe you when you say poultry parasites won't survive in us. That's good news lol.
My sick bird from yesterday made it through the night. I can't tell how he's feeling, maybe the same or better, not sure. His poop is much more solid now, so maybe something is working. The other three still seem ok, and as usual, all the chickens are fine.
I raked everything out of the turkey run, burned the contents and sprayed the coop with white vinegar. I won't replace bedding for 24 hours, I want to give it lots of time to make sure the nooks and cranes are nice and dry.

I got to thinking about the white spots... is it possible that the spots were seen in the air sacs and not the lungs? Is so, then those would be air sac mites, I think.

If the organs were not removed I don't think you saw the lungs, but you would have been able to see the air sacs.

Picture of air sacs.

I think these are air sac mites:

Here is a picture I found:

I'm not home, when I get home I will check the name of the medicine. casportpony, I know from my homework today that the lungs do not indicate blackhead ... this makes me question the diagnosis.
for those that are experienced, how long after presenting with symptoms does it take before death. my first dead baby was fine and died within 2hours. this one today was fine last night, but died between 8 am and 10 am this morning .... that seems so fast!!! has anyone else seen white spots on the lungs? what was the cause.
I have everyone separated right now and hoping nobody else is dead when I get home. changing put all bedding and disinfecting the coop ... is there not a way to get rid of the blackhead in the chickens so they can't give it to the turkeys?
thank you all so much for your help!
With the ones I have seen it takes several days and there is always weight loss. If there were spots on the liver then most likely it was blackhead. Once you have blackhead, there is no getting rid of it. You can treat all birds, but they might get infected again, so best to invest in Safeguard (wormer) and a bottle of Fish-Zole (metronidazole).

Safeguard will treat air sac mites?
It will not. If the white spots were like the ones in the pictures, I doubt they were responsible for the deaths. Not positive, but I think that air sac mites are treated with moxidetcin and maybe ivermectin.

That is not what the white spots looked like ... it was different. Hmmm ... after looking at the diagram I am second guessing me and the nurse on if it was the lungs. I can't remember if the vet said so, but I know the nurse did ... I think I need to see a diagram of a turkey on his back, opened up .. that's the position mine was in, and then I can be sure. I'll google it and see what I come up with
