Very sick chicken and don't know why!!!

Hi all, I'm new to the site and need some serious help. one of my bluebell cross (2 1/2 year old) is very lethargic,not eating,bald from vent to breast. I've wormed the flock a week ago, but there's been no change in her condition at all, (if anything she has gotten worse). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is she staying in the nest box, or otherwise acting broody? Any facial swelling, eye bubbles, or nasal drainage?

Have you dusted her or checked for mites or lice?

no,nothing at all like that. she hasn't come out of the coop in 2 days, and I had to physicaly put her in at night (she didn't seem to have the energy to go up herself). Her wing feathers are thread bare and their nesting area was treated for mites and parasites. shes not broody,but just seems to have no energy or interest in doing anything. she is still a good weight but......

Look at the base of her feathers for mite dirt or lice eggs. Those things can be hard to get rid of. You might consider medicating her for coccidia with Corid for 5 days.
