The green poop is from her not eating. Try offering her something to get her to eat. Scrambled egg is usually a big hit, canned cat food or tuna, oatmeal etc.
You may need to give electrolytes. Do a search for a recipe if you don't have any. You can use Gatorade and probably Pedialyte if you have it.
People will need info on the hen, Age, currently laying or not any other symptoms? Have you dewormed recently? Did you check for lice and mites? Any abdominal swelling and any other info that might help. Poop pics are also helpful. Has the weather been hot in your location.

I have her on purina electrolytes and probiotics . She’s around a year and is not currently laying.I haven’t had her dewormed etheir. I’ve checked her for mites or life but none. But just of as recently she pooped this which I’m not sure what it could be maybe a worm I don’t know?
