A last note is that the rats used for the study are a special line that does get cancer, by design. However, the ages and severity are what are notable and if I recall, that was discussed in the study.

That's the famous Seralini study - it's literally meaningless. If you wanted to give a class on how not to conduct a study, this would be the first example

If you're using the report as evidence for a claim in this thread, this is absolutely the place to discuss the validity of the research.I don't think this is the place to discuss the validity of the research, so if you start a thread of your own under "miscellaneous", I will look for it. I will only state here that you toss out an unsupported insult to the researchers in response to factual events, including that their research was published and only pulled on very flimsy accusations which were addressed before being republished. Open a thread and back your comment up with some science and statistical facts. And be prepared to discuss the research you have conducted as well as your education and employment histories.
