I'll have a look and see if I can see anything, it defiantly does seem like a blockage of the sorts. I'm heading to the feed store later so I can pick up some more grit. This video looks as if she is trying to get rid of something stuck in her throat. Did you already look inside?
Does she have grit for digestion?
This might be some obstruction that is impeding the proper passage. Sometimes they ingest plastic or else that will not be passed and leads to starvation. A tumor could also be a possibility.
I checked on her this morning and she was foaming at the mouth, when she opened her mouth is was mucus-like. I've been trying to keep her eating, offering watermelon and such, and giving her water via dropper every morning, but she isn't improving. Her droppings are very small and mainly all white, some green mixed in. What should I be doing? Should I bring her inside? What type of feed are you giving them? I've called at least 5 vets (2 of which can treats birds) but they wont look at her or offer any helpHave you called your regular vet? Maybe contact an avian vet to see if they can help you.
I've considered that but this has been going on for over 19 days, its just very slowly gotten worse. Shes not injuried anywhere I can seeHave you seen any injuries? Maybe she ate something poisonous...?
Can you see inside her mouth? Maybe she tried to eat something sharp and she hurt her crop. Does she live in an enclosed run? Free-ranged?I've considered that but this has been going on for over 19 days, it's just very slowly gotten worse. She's not injured anywhere I can see
